Undeliverable mail

While trying to contact seller through ebay. I get an undeliverable message from " Mail Delivery Subsystem <MAILER-DAEMON@ebay.com> to my personal email stating it was undeliverable. At the bottom it states this email was sent to the seller. So does the seller actually get this email also? 

How do I get the message to the seller. Looking at Yahoo's error message points to me using email outside my domain? Going through ebay is what needs to be done. Any suggestions?
