Buyer purchases item from me and pays immediately. I ship next day like the "good seller" Ebay expects me to be.
Three days later I get an email from Ebay stating that buyer claims it was an unathorized purchase on buyer's account and they are working with buyer to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Ebay asks me to not ship the item 
Too late.
Ebay further states that "to prevent this from happening in the future, be sure to require buyers to pay immediately" Say what??
Hey, but Ebay says they gave my final value fees back! But, payment has been refunded to buyer and transaction has been competely erased from my PayPal account.
Oh, and the buyer's FREE ITEM arrived today.
