Unable to view image from seller, claims wrong item, can't see attachment

I sold two items recently, they are one of a kind. Seller received them and claims that they are not what she ordered. I asked her to send a photo and I see there is an attachment to her response. I am certain she received the correct items because I no longer have them, because I sent them to her. But I am not able to confirm or dispute her claim because I am not able to view the attachment she sent. I contacted ebay and they were not helpful in assisting me to view the attachment. What can I do?
