I use my phone mainly when I list using the eBay App. I have an Apple iPhone 14 Pro. When I go to the eBay App, on the area where it usually says 'Create a Listing', it now says 'To create a listing, please list on the website'. I have been contacting eBay about this since May. When I first contacted them, they told me the issue was being worked on and they were estimating a solution by end of July. It wasn't resolved and now every time I call I am instructed to delete the App and re-install it or to do a re-boot on my phone. I have tried all this several times and none of it works. It also affects an the other functions of the app, like sending offers to perspective buyers and even my ability to link my wireless printer to print labels using the app. Any suggestions on what I can do?
The other solution I am being given by eBay is to list on the website. I can do this, but the reason I like using the app, is the time efficiency.

You may need to set up a shipping policy via a browser or else provide some information that cannot be handled via the app.
Once you have successfully done so, you may be able to go back to listing via the app.
