Unable to list items due to open cases, although I don't think I have any open cases

Unfortunately, you won't be able to list any items. Go to the eBay Resolution Center to resolve your open cases. After you resolve your cases, reply tot he email in your Messages in My eBay. Thanks for Understanding. This was the message I received after trying  to list an item. I checked the resolution center and chatted with the automated bot on how to fix this problem, but found nothing useful. This doesn't make sense to me as I don't have any open cases. I did have a case recently, but if I go to the listing, it says the case is resolved. There's no buttons for other options or to close the case and I don't know what to do. Thank you in advance.
