Unable to create and print shiping label

Everytime i click on "create shipping kabel" or "print shipping label", it doesn't bring up label,  just starts me back at beginning.

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader.  Now try opening and printing your shipping label.
