Unable to close my seller account.

I want to close the seller account but it displays that I have an active subscription in my account and I won't be able to close it until I unsubscribe. However, as I can see on the My account > Subscriptions tab, I have 0 active subscriptions. I never subscribed to any service. What's the glitch, I am unable to decipher?
