Hello All. Hoping for some advice. I sold and shipped a bracelet to the buyer. She stated the item was not in the envelope and it was ripped. The USPS did not tape it or anything. She refused to send pictures of the damaged item until eBay said it was ok. I sent those pics to USPS for the claim. She refused and never took the damaged package to the post office. They denied my claim. Now, I have no idea what to do. It was an expensive bracelet. She even opened a payment dispute with the credit card she used on eBay. I just want advice on what I should send USPS to get this claim approved. I just wish she would take the packaging to the post office, I do not understand why she needs to wait for ebay.
