USPS delivered to wrong address

USPS was to drop a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house. I have video that it was not delivered.  It was delivered to another house several minutes after my video. Post Office said it was delivered, so does ebay. But I can clearly see on video that nothing was dropped off. What should I do? Missing mail was done by the seller, with no help.  I have no item and no refund. I think it was an accident as it was a new USPS driver, per my regular driver. My local USPS in no help so far. Any suggestions?

Hi @jakefam99 

Ask your Post Office to provide the GPS location of the delivery scan that carrier did when they delivered the package to the wrong address.

If you file an Item not received claim in eBay you will lose because tracking will show it was delivered.

I do not know what you purchased but some Sellers will scam Buyers by changing the address to one nearby or altogether different making it a challenge for the Buyer to get a refund.

If you paid with a credit card you can try a charge back.

Thanks for the advice. I'll be at the Post Office on Monday asking for the GPS location. Its crazy that I have video proof of non delivery, but they insist it was.
