USPS Parcel Select option? How do I find that option for shipping?

I have a heavy item and the buyer selected USPS Parcel Select.  I really need to purchase thru eBay to receive the shipping discount.   All it will offer me in USPS is Priority mail.

eBay is phasing out parcel select, so it often does not show up as a selection for shipping.  Make sure you are on the custom packaging - not carrier provided packaging - tab. Then at the bottom of the list, click compare all services.  Parcel select may show up there, and you can select it.

If it does not show up, you can print a parcel select label through paypal and enter the tracking # into eBay.  Also check the cost compared to regular priority - sometimes the difference is quite small, and worth it to get the item to your buyer more qu
