USPS Ground advantage ships to intl?

In my listings I have selected USPS ground advantage and have NOT selected international shipping. However, when I search my listings and click into the green highlighted ships in 2-4 days link, it shows that I ship to a whole list of countries. What’s up with that?

Your items show eBay International Shipping.  This means you would ship to the EIS center in the US and they then forward the item to the buyers country.

Oh, I see that I have been “opted in” by eBay. Guess that’s a good thing but you’d think they would have notified me.
