USPS First class large envelope vs USPS ground advantage

Does anyone else have this problem…

I’m selling some t-shirts and list usps first class large envelope (shirts are within the size and weight specifications) as the flat rate mail option , but when I go to purchase a shipping label I only get the usps ground advantage as the lowest price option. The first class large envelope option is not there.
Was the first class mail option discontinued?  Am I doing something wrong? I don’t want to increase my flat rate shipping charge if I can help it. Thanks for reading.

Large envelope doesn't come with tracking so eBay doesn't have it as label option.

But you can still mail it using stamps or go to the Post office.

@radsfan88

First class letter or large envelope does not include tracking, so there is no label to print. You hand write the envelope and use stamps or buy postage at the PO. Without tracking, you will have to refund if your buyer says not received.

A large envelope can not be more than 3/4” thick.

@radsfan88.  That is a non tracked shipping method that you have to purchase at the post office.

You'll not have tracking to prove delivery and if a buyer files a refund request you'll have to issue a refund.

You just mark as shipped from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
