USPS Delivery Issues

Is anyone else experiencing long delays in delivery or seeing odd reasons being listed in the tracking history for non delivery of packages?  I have had 3 recent packages that were not delivered for reasons such as No Access, Animal Interference and Unsafe Location. All different states. The post office is also not attempting to redeliver . One of the priority mail packages completely disappeared for 10 days with no explanation at all.  I have had to request a redelivery on every one of these purchases. In one case the post office refused to redeliver. I received my first negative feedback ever due to this and am concerned about receiving more.  Ebay removed the feedback but my sales suffered in the meantime.  What is going on? Is it just me?
