US Customs says the zip code the buyer provided isn't good. They are holding package.

How can I get info from eBay or US Customs that the zip code isn't being effective.  I have contacted

the buyer but have not heard from him.  Evidently this is part of a "service" provided by eBay which

has a major problem.  Anybody know anything about how to untangle this?  I cannot get response from

Customs or US Postal Service.

Log into the USPS.COM website and look for the link to standardize the buyer's address.
