My package was re-labelled and sent to a wrong address by UPS. They have admitted that it was sent to a wrong address but they have not been able to tell which address it was sent to.
I spent $522 without getting my package, I'm not seeking refund, I just need eBay to help me find out why UPS have to change an authentic registered address.

That sounds like the tracking number scam, which occurs when a seller obtains a tracking number from some other shipment and supplies that number to eBay for tracking.
First, make sure that ALL the shipping addressed in your account are still correct and that your own account has not been compromised.

Ask UPS for a company letter stating that the package was not delivered to the address you used at checkout (they will not tell you where it was delivered, but can confirm that tracking number was not addressed to you). Open an "item not received" request on eBay. Mention the tracking number scam, and upload the letter that UPS has provided. You may need to appeal or ask eBay to step in.

Not sure that's what it was because the seller did post a package whose address was changed at UPS.
Or am I missing something?
