UPS lost the package I sent to the buyer. I printed the label through eBay. I filed a claim with UPS and they determined it was lost. They said they issued a claim to the sender, which in this case is eBay since the label was printed from their account. eBay won't pay me and tells me to contact UPS. eBay already refunded the buyer and charged me for it. How do I get my money back?

@thisguyinoc Sorry this happened. This is why I purchase UPS labels through Pirateship.com. Some discounted rates but no hassles.
If you use FB I recommend sending a PRIVATE message on FB for Business. The agents are more experience.
