I purchased an item VIA eBay. All transactions were conducted via eBay. At their request I submitted a offer to pay cash on collection with no P&P. This I did. A couple of days later paypall invoiced me for the whole amount Inc. P&P. At no time did I authorise to pay via eBay. I have spent hours via the internet to rectify this then eBay blamed the seller, Anyone but their fault.
I have been a user of eBay for over 20 years and numerous transaction always ended with 'How do you wish to pay?' Not this time, just send another invoice. I spent hours trying to request an agent one eventually phoned and went round and round she would not say 'Who authorised the payment she refused to answer then disconnected the call
