Trying to set up new store

I'm trying to upgrade to a Basic Store. I'm needing to keep my same name and when I look it up, it says that I should be able to. However, every time I try to, it just says that, that name is already in use. .. Yes, it is.  I'M the one using it.   Any suggestions on what I should be doing differently?

It is probably because this is store is called The Unexpected Treasure - https://www.ebay.com/str/garagesalegame

While his web address is garagesalegame, his store name is The Unexpected Treasure.
