Trying to open case. Got Technical Hiccup Error. They Canceled my case

I had a time sensitive case I was trying to report a problem with. Plugged it in over 20 times and each time, I got message of “oops technical hiccup error” from EBay and after 24 hours my case is automatically closed! What do I do? I cannot get any help from the seller? EBay’s website is not working!
