Trying to make a return...  Selected reason. Added photos. Return confirmation button is grayed out... will not function.

What is the reason for the return? What is the Seller's return policy in that listing? Has it been 30 days or less since delivery?

   The seller says in description "HASSLE-FREE RETURNS!... If you change your mind or don?t like your item for ANY REASON ? you can return your purchase within 30 days, and we'll take care of your return costs! Just hit us up through eBay's return process."

It has been less than 30 days since delivery (Feb. 27).

I attempted at least 10 different times in different ways through different windows. Tried several different return reasons, attached different numbers of photos. The return confirmation button remained greyed out and nonfunctioning.
