Trying to get refund on scooter that was sent to me after company replaced with another type can not

Sent instead of one ordered but the advertise will refund orders they will not send shipping label to return  . Living on fixed income ...buyer beware...any ideas...

Open a return request.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item.  Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
