I purchased a 2nd laptop on eBay, which is allegedly under a one year warranty. The laptop stopped working about two months after purchase. I have tired contacting the seller twice, but they haven't responded. When I click on the "See warranty details" link on the item, it references Allstate protection plans, but they are not aware of a plan being set up.
I have tried using the eBay contact agent about the eBay Money Back Guarantee, but the only option is a phone call to the US or Canada, and I live in the UK. I haven't found any way of talking to an actual person that can help.
Can anyone suggest what I can do to get a refund? It feels as though I've been scammed.

This is the US site so you need to return to your home site www.ebay.co.uk to work this out.
