Trouble with printing return labels and do I have to have the packing slip?

I have made several attempts to print the label and packing slip … they are printing out blank .. I have changed the printer cartridges to new ones and the pages still print out blank .. I’m not sure what to do to resolve this … will I still get the refunds without the packing slips in the packages bc usps says they only print the QR code label for the out side of the package.

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.

If that doesn't work, I suggest contacting ebay.
