Trouble with paypal

I've been a seller on eBay now for 3 months it's been a struggle since I've had to pay all shipping out of pocket PayPal would never release the shipping part of the payment I was finally looking forward to them not holding my funds anymore. Until several days ago without any warning no email or phone call nothing,they froze my account with over a hundred dollars in my money. I had no cases against me or nothing. There's a list I was to provide for them to unfreeze it which was a joke. One was a drivers license but it has to have been issued In the last 6 months. I don't drive but I have a government issued identification so I sent that but they rejected it.i had Totell 3 people I am sorry but I cannot mail your items. Has this happened to anyone else.
