Trouble tracking recent order

Purchased ietem yesterday, account debited today for purchased price. 

I have receipt ot order confirmation with order #.  

Currently trying to track, however now Ebay shows no recent purchases to tracking #.

How do I get any type of answers?

@leo-727967   The seller may not have shipped yet, that's why no postal tracking.  

 

Are you saying the order is not in your purchase history?    https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

 If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account)  it will not be in your purchase history.

 Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:  

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065...

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email.  Do not log in to your regular eBay account.  

If you need help starting a refund request here's how to contact customer service.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a PRIVATE message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
