Transaction Defect Rate Not Updating

So, I recently dropped to a “below average” seller rating and I’m doing my best to get this changed on my next evaluation.

Over the last couple of days, I have sold 50 plus items and given and received positive feedback on all of them, yet my transaction defect rate percentage stays the same and these transactions haven’t been added to the total number of transactions which would lower the percentage.

Any ideas on why this isn’t updating?

Evaluations are on the 20th of each month.  If you go to your dashboard, you should see 'if we evaluated you today' for the next evaluation which will be 1/20/22. This reflects the next eval period, which will be 1/21 - 12/21.

You can open the monthly breakdown to see how many transactions have been counted for Dec. so far.  I seem to remember that it takes a day or 2 for the totals to be updated - it is not instantaneous.
