Traffic Reports

Can someone explain to me about the traffic reports.  I do not understand how I can have 488 listing impressions, a click through rate of 0.4%, and 5 listing page views.  The next line tells me that I have 487 listing impressions, a click through rate of 0.0%, and 5 listing page views.  Still another line tells me that I have listing impressions of 492, a click through rate of 2.0% and 30 listing page views.  

Do I not understand how the click through rates are derived?  I thought that rate was derived by dividing the listing page views by the listing impressions.  If that is true then my click through rates are incorrect on my reports.  If that is not correct, then how does E-bay arrive at click through rates reported.
