I am not able to put tracking number in, I’ve always done it manually but it does not work now

Could be a temporary glitch.  Try again later.

Are you entering manually because you are paying for postage at the post office counter?  If you print your shipping labels using ebay, you get a discount, and the tracking is automatically uploaded.
