Tracking uploaded on time and validated

Trying to get my top rated seller status, I just noticed a new issue...

in the section labeled "Tracking uploaded on time and validated", it is showing 98.46% 64 of 65 transactions.

Specifically it shows,

It looks like I am responsible for the carrier scanning the item when it was picked up? Help, is this fixable?

You don't need to be 100% be to be top rated, so at this point there is no way to correct the issue. eBay will only consider an appeal if it changes your status.

No scan means it was never scanned. eBay no longer expects a scan within your handling time as they did pre-2020. I would check the tracking on that item at usps.com. If it was scanned as delivered, print the page for your records in case you need to appeal it in the future.  If it was a sports card, check

No next steps. You just confirmed that the card was never scanned as it moved through the system.  The label may have been damaged. I assume it was delivered if the buyer never complained, although you never know.

You can’t track the standard envelopes at usps.com.

You need 95% uploaded and validated, so 98.5% is not going to stop you from being top rated.
