Tracking uploaded on time and validated Needs trouble ticket

I received 2  tracking not uploaded from labels bought on ebay  with tracking scanned in and tracking showing. One is already delivered and the other is out for delivery.  They need removed and here is why:

Not effecting my ratings today but they stay on for a FULL year,  however tracking is only shown on USPS site for 90 days.  So if down the road I get any more this puts my seller rating in jeopardy and if you wait you can not prove the first ones were in error as they can not be proven after 90 days.

Shipping defects should only stay on you account as long as the tracking is active which is 90 days.

I must admit, you are one of the few Sellers who actually pays attention to their selling metrics. And that's a good thing.

Ebay relies on their integrated carriers to send them tracking details. Sometimes there is a lag. For that reason, eBay will automatically remove any shipping defects within 72 hours if they are in error. After the exact 72 hours, a Seller can go to Seller help and file a defect appeal.

TY  I did not know about the 72 hours  time frame  for filing,  I would think they would want notified asap  to see what is going on in the system.    annoying. Have a great day.
