Tracking shows missing customs form for ebay intl shipping

I just sent one of my sold item through eBay international shipping. It was delivered to the eBay international hub. The tracking shows it is stuck in Miami for "missing customs form" using the Asendia USA as the shipper. I believe the customs forms are to be handled through eBay/intl hub. Will this be addressed with time or do is there a contact to address this from the seller side? Thanks for any input.

@ti999   There's nothing you can do.  eBay has to handle this, they would have received the same notification.  

If the if buyers package doesn't move from there then they should file a not received refund request when the item is at least a day late.   eBay will refund the buyer out of THEIR pocket and you keep the sale.

For the record, it turned out that the buyer had to file his/her user ID for the shipment (I'm not exactly sure how that works since I have not been on the other end). Shipment is moving again and no action was taken on my side. All good now.

@ti999   Thanks for the update.  Sounds like eBay didn't have the sale connected correctly to the sellers account so they needed their user ID.   

Normally all that is required is the code that's on the shipping label that ties the sale to the buyer and the seller.  

Glad it's on it's way to the buyer now.  🙂
