With the current USPS issues, deliveries have been delayed or have not shown up.
I'm having chargebacks because of this issue, any suggestions?
I 've been seeing inconsistent tracking details, the package tracking does not always update, sometimes the tracking will say:
- Tracking Provided
- In Transit
or
Quite frankly most times it only states Tracking Provided which as you know is because I have printed the shipping label. When I have spoken the the Post Office employees, they tell me that if the carrier does not scan the item when it is picked up or delivered, the tracking will not update in EBay systems.
In most cases the item(s) I have shipped have been delivered, and the customer has provided positive feedback.
