Tracking numbers not being recognized by Ebay?

I have been notified that my Top Seller status is in jeopardy because I have not been entering tracking numbers. I purchase all of my labels through Ebay, and the tracking numbers are all entered and showing up on my listings.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I am missing something??
