I sold and shipped an item. Tracking was provided as usual through UPS. The Tracking never showed progress in order details. It was delivered on time, buyer confirmed. tracking in order page shows nothing, but when I click the tracking # link it shows delivered, it goes to UPS website. Funds on hold.
Can't find any information for this situation in seller hub and automated answers go in circles.
