I am a seller. I sent a package through the USPS eBay system. A few days after I dropped off the package with USPS, the item was returned to me and my shipping label was removed from the package. I contacted the Buyer and told him I would send it out on my own through UPS. I did that and gave him the tracking number through messages and added it to the tracking details. The USPS tracking number is still active and says the package is in a random part of the country, completely out of route from my address to the buyer's.
I am basically asking:
(1) How do I get a refund on the USPS shipping?
(2) How do I get payment from the Buyer when the package arrives via UPS, seeing as the eBay system still thinks the package is being shipped via USPS?
