@se-ansga Tracking, while nice for a buyer to see, is for the sellers protection to prove delivery.
You just need to watch the LAST estimated delivery date. When the item is at least day late arriving you can file a not received refund request.
Since it's an international shipment I would give it a bit more time but don't wait too long as you only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request on eBay.
You can file the not received refund request from your purchase history.
