I sold a monkey plush on December 15th and created the label the same day. I mailed the package December 18th in the morning. In the evening December 18th the buyer reached out to me to say they received a box with a blue robe in it instead of the monkey plush. I'm not selling a blue robe, nor have I even owned one, so this was weird. The tracking number said I shipped the package December 16th, and it was delivered December 18th, which is impossible since I shipped it December 18th. So, this means the buyer didn't confuse my package with someone else's or that I mixed up purchases. I have no idea how this happened or if the actual package will properly ship with a duplicated tracking number. What should I do? Does anyone know how this happened?
