Track orders on billing address

Is there a way to receive a list of previous orders from 2022 and 2021 based on your BILLING ADDRESS not shipping from Ebay

eBay doesn't ship anything.  All orders are tied to your user ID, not your address.  So you can only view your orders for your ID. 

You can request a report if you don't want to view them online.  Go to account settings >> request your eBay data.
