Why do 2 people have bike I bought days ago, in there cart?
Why did seller say he's doctoring my used bike parts? Removing parts from my bike
Why did he say if I don't write damaged on bill, truck driver would deny damage
How does he know it's damaged before it's sent?
Why does he sell bikes for more $ to non e-bay customers and leave e-bay customers with it in cart, thinking they can buy bikes already sold?

@jogl3981 Sorry that you have a bad seller. You can file a return request with the reason doesn't match pictures or description. Then it's up to the seller how they want to handle it from there, the end result will be the seller MUST pay return shipping and refund you 100% or refund you 100% without a return if eBay has to step in.
This return then goes on the sellers record, especially if you have to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
