Hello,hope you can help, August has been a nightmare for me with 1 package. Top seller was removed early August because tracking was not up loaded in time I called in and was helped and was told me it was USPS was at fault I was told the items were removed and I was put back to top rated today Aug 26 again top rated removed due to the same package problem but was now told that there was no email from the buyer about combining shipping and that brought up 9 items not up loaded and that my status would go back to top rated providing things are shipped correct I told nick I was going to close my account because I felt we did not do anything wrong he said sorry to see you go. My husband did not like what was happening because I was crushed to lose my top rating status so again he called in and got someone who could really search out this problem thank her for doing a proper job in finding the problem. Come to fing out it was not us or USPS that caused the problem but it was ebay that did not up load the tracking for 4 days we were told we are doing every thing correctly. I feel that some kind of compensation for me to have to go through this problem thinking I was at fault . And it took 3 people to get to the bottom of this and solve it my thought is possibly a credit towards our fees or maybe double my free listings coming up please let me know . This was a very disappointing thing to go through I have tried to stay top rated for many years and did get put back to top rated thanks to my husband not giving up and just saying oh well thanks Sandy Nicholson
