Title transfer

How do I transfer the title of an RV trailer I am selling through Ebay?

My buyer has put the money into Escrow.com, I am waiting to get the all-clear from them before I release the trailer for transport... 

So, how does the title get to the buyer/new owner?

Any advice would be welcome.

Sign your portion of the title and give it to them when they pick it up. Or put it in an envelope and tape it to the inside of the door if it's  being delivered.
