Time for reversal of negative feedback

I recently received negative feedback on an item. Worked it out with the buyer and sent a request to remove the feedback. They say that they completed the request but my seller rating is still unchanged. 

How long does it take for that request to process and my rating be corrected?

It should be pretty much instantaneous. Sounds like the buyer may have missed pressing a submit button perhaps.
