Threatening seller

What can I do.  I bought something from this seller (who is a fraud).  He has been sending me emails daily like this and this one is 'mild".  Ebay is useless, for some reason I can't block him and it's harder than ever to get in touch with Ebay anymore.

First of all STOP reading the messages. Do NOT respond to the messages. Lack of response is the best defense.

If the messages are being sent to your personal email address, not the eBay messaging system, then mark the source to send them directly to your email provider's trash folder. 

If the messages are coming through your eBay messaging system, then you'll have to move them to your messaging's trash folder for the eBay bots to remove eventually.
