This is an urgent inquiry. Please help me.
I have a problem with the seller and want to refund all of the dozens of items.
I bought 40 items from one seller.
The items arrived in one box.
I sent them back.
All of the items are currently being transferred to the seller.
But the problem is that I am a foreigner and I am not familiar with the eBay system.
My questions are:
1. I downloaded only one refund label and attached it and sent it.
Is it okay?
2. I don't know if this is being processed properly when I see the items I sent for a refund.
When I check the refund product, it stops at the following message.
Please make sure to print the label and ship the item back by Mar 10
Once your item is delivered, you can expect a refund within 3 business days.
3. Is there a way to chat with a real customer service representative instead of using eBay's AI chat? I am a foreigner and I have trouble with calls. ㅠㅠ
Please help me.

If you used the return label eBay provided you should get a refund soon after tracking shows delivered.
I am cutious. A problem with the seller isn't a reason to return 40 items. Can you explain the problem with the seller?
Exactly what was wrong with all 40 items you sent back?
I can't believe all of them were not as described.

Unlike the promise, he didn't process the difference refund cost.
I tried to lead the conversation, but he ended up blocking me.
I have a question.
As I said before, I don't know the eBay system.
When I returned all 40 products, I attached only one return label.
But when I checked the notification from eBay, it seems that only one product on the return label I attached was processed.
What should I do? Please help me!
I can't make a call because I'm a foreigner.
eBay's chat is AI.
There is no way to solve the problem anywhere.
