Hi, I just wanted to ask where would I go to get third party authentication? I recently got sold reps and in order to get a refund of my purchase, I would need authentication to determine if the shoes are real or not. I have pictures of what I received and you can clearly tell they are not real.

You do not need to pay to have them authenticated. If they went to eBay's authenticator and were found to be authentic, you can not return them.
If they were below the price level for authentication, you can open a not as described return request -
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Click see more under the reasons and select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. You can mark 'doesn't seem authentic' or describe why you believe the shoes to be fake.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

Sorry about the confusion but I didn't buy the shoes off of ebay, I bought them off of Mercari. I just didn't know who to ask so
I came on here to see if anyone knew what to do in this situation.
