Thief roaming ebay

I bought  an item from "honest111", they pretended that it was shipped,  but actually never did. I open a request but it led nowhere, ebay didn't pay much attention to it, I guess they don't have enough personnel to look into it. Now I found out that the seller is trying to sell the very same item again???

Check the status of your request, and if necessary, ask eBay to step in:

If a buyer files an "item not received" case, and the seller can not provide tracking that shows delivery within three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in. After twenty-one business days, if the buyer takes no action, the case is closed without resolution.

At that point you may still have recourse through your payment method.
