Hello, apparently there's a situation or problems with stuck items at ebay Authenticator location in Moonachie, NJ 07074. I purchased pair of sneakers on March 12; 6 days after package sent finally arrived at Authenticator hands on March 18, 12:18pm. Two days after Authenticator received sneakers those are still pending the Authenticator certification. I had a previously situation 3 weeks ago with other sneakers that were lost in this location during the Authenticator step process. Please Help Me to check what is happening during this process specially in this location.

Sure, but as I mentioned in the message, three weeks ago other sneakers were lost in this location. I bought a dozen of sneakers with Authentication process and shipping process ran very fast.

I'm glad you had fast service through the authentication process in the past. The terms of that process however, state that shoes will be authenticated within two days - not one day.

Ok, hope you're right but in my last purchased the sneakers were lost in that process.

Again, that may be. But one lost package doesn't mean all packages from that point forward are going to be lost nor does it mean "there's a situation or stuck problems" for a package that hasn't been processed yet and it's still within their stated handling time.

I do believe that on occasion, the authenticators don't meet that deadline. But you're not even to the deadline yet and are anticipating a problem.

(Sort of like making a date with a friend to meet for lunch at noon on Thursday, and you're sitting at the restaurant on Wednesday calling them to ask why they aren't there yet.)
