The shipping returned to seller but seller does not talk to me after all which seller list no return

Dear Ebay,

My shipping returned to the seller and I have never got it and the seller does not replied me.  He does take out the refund option.

I have provided them my additional information he needed before he said it returned to him from DHL.  

Please help.
