The seller is reponsible to pay the shipping of an item but refuses to send a return label

The seller recognized the resposibility to pay the international return of an item with defects but doesn't provide the international return label .

Did you open a return request?  If yes, go to your return and click ask us to step in.  eBay will instruct the seller to send you the money to pay the return shipping.  He can not send you a label.

If you haven't opened a return, do that now.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item.  Click see more under the reasons and select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund.  If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
