The seller changed the address from mine to there own I think. I never received my item. The item said it was delivered to someone in California s d I do not live in California.

The bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.

Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.
